Sorry for the long gaps between posts these days - been working on a new account system to replace our old Express and Standard accounts.
We hope to make this product free for all 
which is good news and exciting as it will have all the major Express features on a revamped interface with some extra tools to enhance the experiance.
So expect something new in the coming weeks…
just started using php functions - a bit overdue but finally we’re making use of it. The first page we implemented them was in our “News” section which from a user’s point-of-view you wont see much difference but it enabled us to add some new features - like a “news” search (which is quite accurate :D), company-specific news items and an in-built “in the news” part which displays stocks that were refered to in each news item ex: stock updates.
Going ahead with our plans we hope to make Stockit a fully “functional” 
website for investors.

Its been a while since our last post- but we’re back with an updated Stockit mobile - no major changes to the app but more with the introduction page now at http://www.stockit.biz/mobile.php which features a new cover and screenshots which were not available before - in our view - a better jump page to introduce Stockit Mobile to the majority of our users.
Currently doing over the backend of Stockit - making it easier to update and manage the information on our website. So its a bit of this and that - working both the admin side and the user interface - but this way we work on the things that need our immediate attention so we keep the upgrade process alive
Now on every “Snapshot” profile page you can view the top 5 competitors over market revenue which is a more accurate way to find out the true competitors rather than displaying them by sector/industry. Revenue segments are updated every year - from the Annual report along with the financials of the company.
This icon is shown whenever a new corporate announcement is available and displayed on the profile snapshot page when an announcement is still active (before its expiry date). Just another new feature to look out for
Just released - hosted on every “Snapshot” company page - now the “1-day” chart displays an up-to-the-minute view of the market which is auto-updated every few seconds to keep it current Check out any company page (ex: SLTL) during trading hours between 9:30AM-2:30PM SL time to see it action - its amazing!!

A new mini chart was released for each “snapshot” profile page with the ability to view up-to-the-minute charts or go back 2 years. Its small, fast and a great addition for any page surfer looking for just a glimpse We released the old “Chart” page on a request from a customer but that too will get a makeover along with all the other pages + some new ones
